HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

All our prices include delivery to a mainland UK address, if you would like to know what the delivery amount is please contact our customer service team on 01506 430309 or email info@emtez.co.uk.

Geographical areas that will incur an additional delivery charge are defined as:
Shetland Isles (ZE), Outer Hebrides (HS), Kirkwall (KW), Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO), Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY) and Paisley area (PA).

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We are happy to supply goods internationally. To obtain costs for shipping please call or email for a quotation based on the order content and delivery location. Please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 1506 430309 or info@emtez.co.uk.

ONLINE ORDERS

Online orders can only be placed for delivery to a mainland UK address as defined above. If your delivery address is one that incurs an additional charge, please do not place your order online and instead contact our customer service team on 01506 430309 or email info@emtez.co.uk.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We always confirm the expected delivery date when your order is placed.

For larger items such as drum and IBC storage units we will also contact you nearer the delivery date to confirm arrangements with you.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE, IS LOST IN TRANSIT OR DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

DO YOU PROVIDE PROOF OF DELIVERY?

Yes, we can provide it on request.
